Clear, Structured Mental Health Support
The Rock Therapy provides nurse-led mental health support for individuals and organisations when distress, risk or complexity needs careful and experienced handling.
All work is delivered by our UK Registered Mental Health Nurse team, all who have extensive experience across community and inpatient mental health services.
What We Offer
We work with adults experiencing mental health difficulties, and with organisations supporting staff where situations feel uncertain, escalated or high-risk.
Our approach is practical, structured and clinically grounded. The focus is on understanding risk, stabilising situations, and identifying clear and appropriate next steps.
Support for Individuals
We provide one-to-one, nurse-led mental health support for adults experiencing emotional distress, mental health difficulties or periods of increased risk.

- Risk assessment and safety planning
- CBT-, DBT- and CAT-informed psychological interventions
- Crisis support and stabilisation
- Relapse prevention and recovery planning
- Care coordination with GPs, psychiatrists and other services
Support is time-limited, collaborative and focused on helping people regain stability and direction.
Support for Organisations
We support organisations when employee mental health concerns involve significant distress, risk or complexity.

About The Rock Therapy
We are UK Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) with over 14 years’ experience working across community and inpatient mental health services.
Our backgrounds include crisis resolution, care coordination and therapeutic work with individuals experiencing complex and high-risk mental health presentations.
We work within a clear mental health nursing scope of practice and place strong emphasis on boundaries, governance and safe risk management.
